Adults: 2 sprays daily providing 5 mg (36%*) of iron. Infants and children under 12 years: consult your doctor regarding daily dose.

NB! Do not open the bottle, it is an airless product!
When using for the first time, prime the pump by pressing it 3-4 times. Shake bottle well before use. Spray under your tongue or on the inside of your cheek, avoid spraying onto teeth!
When using iron supplements, dark stains may appear on the teeth, which disappear after discontinuing use.
Replace cap after use and keep the bottle in an upright position. If the product has not been used for a long period, the jet may become congested. If so, rinse it with warm water to remove the congestion.

and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
